MES Career Fair 2016
The MES Career Fair was huge success for students and teachers. Students were able to explore future careers, learning about jobs that were available in our community. McAllister students enjoyed touring the equipment parade. The equipment parade not only allowed students to see all types of equipment in action but also live demonstrations from local police and other industries. The parade was definitely a hit. Students also enjoyed the indoor Career Fair. Students were able to ask questions and learn more about careers as they traveled from booth to booth.
Classes invited individual speakers to rooms to give more in-depth presentations to grade level students. The Career Fair was a wonderful day for McAllister students to begin to look ahead to their future! We are grateful to our community for taking the time to invest in our young Wildcats! We also offer a huge thanks to our counselor, Mrs. Julie McNeely, for all of her hard work organizing this event.
