Dear Parent :
Bryan County schools will be partnering with our local health departments again this school year to offer free flu vaccinations to students. If you are interested in your student receiving the vaccination, please click on the links below and read ALL documents.
Please fill out and sign the consent form ASAP. The consent form must be returned by Sep 9th. If permission forms are not returned or are incomplete, then the student will not receive the flu vaccination. Please note, the flu vaccine is only available in an injectable (shot) form in Bryan County Schools. If you have any questions, please call the Bryan County Health Dept. at 653-4331 (Pembroke) or 756-2611 (Richmond Hill).
